What we do

As the leading experts in Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and TrojanLearn Cornerstone, this team specializes in implementing, customizing, and optimizing these powerful HR platforms to meet the unique needs of USC. Their services include: 

  • Workday HCM implementation: Support the entire lifecycle of Workday HCM implementation, from initial planning and configuration to deployment and ongoing optimization. HRIS collaborates closely with HR stakeholders to tailor Workday HCM to USC’s requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes and systems. 
  • TrojanLearn implementation and training: Specialize in deploying and customizing TrojanLearn, USC’s learning management system, to facilitate faculty and staff training and development initiatives.
