“Who We Are”
The HR Portfolio and Change Management Office is a central part of USC’s Human Resources Division. Our primary goals are to standardize project-related governance processes and facilitate the sharing of resources, methodologies, tools, and techniques. In alignment with our project management efforts, we will also integrate Change Management into our projects and programs. Through impactful project management and change management efforts, the University can document, execute, monitor, control, and fully implement changes regarding Human Resources’ strategic initiatives, services, and standard business processes.
