Client Services
Who we are
This team of HR leaders provides client services guidance and support to the administrative units and select school units in HR matters and practices.
Organized into three client service lines – Academic Operations, University Operations, and University Services – to enable efficient knowledge sharing and client expertise, Client Services is ingrained in the units they serve. They act as consultants, establish and maintain positive employee relations, and promote a productive work environment. Client Services team members collaborate with unit leaders to develop HR strategies that support achieving the unit’s goals, including building high-performing teams and enhancing the staff and faculty experience.
