Tasked with aligning all HR projects with the university’s strategic vision, this department ensures successful project execution. Anchoring this department is the HR Program Management Office (PMO), serving as a vital pillar of support for project teams. From resource management to process refinement, the PMO actively supports and enables partners to succeed at every phase of a project.
What we do
The HR PMO supports and drives initiatives to ensure HR’s continual effectiveness and efficiency. Services provided include:
- Project analytics: Track project performance, including report outs on project status, conducting benchmarking, and ensure projects remain on schedule and are well-documented.
- Project coordination: Oversee project execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
- Resource management: Optimize resources to maximize productivity while staying within budgetary constraints.
- Change management: Foster collaboration and alignment among HR team members, leaders, and external partners to ensure project success and adoption.
