Staff Performance Management website

The Staff Performance Management website offers tools and resources to equip managers and staff throughout the year-long performance cycle.

As part of University HR’s commitment to elevating our employees’ experience, the Staff Performance Management website (USC log-in required) was made available in early 2024 to support staff and managers of staff through the year-long performance life cycle.

At USC, performance management is an ongoing process—with four key stages: planning, coaching, evaluating, and rewarding. On the site, staff and managers can access information about the annual review process, as well as guides, tip sheets, and curated courses on performance management skills-related topics.

The site is easily available to staff by visiting the Employee Gateway and navigating to the “Performance management” page under “Learn & grow.”
