Bringing more than 1,800 USC Arcadia Hospital employees into USC’s benefits plans and Workday.
In 2022, Keck Medicine of USC proudly welcomed Methodist Hospital of Southern California in Arcadia to the Keck Medicine of USC family! Renamed USC Arcadia Hospital, this affiliation brings residents of the San Gabriel Valley greater access to Keck Medicine’s specialized care, research, and breakthrough technology.
As of Jan. 1, 2025, University HR completed the migration of 1,800 health system employees, 250 contractors, and 500 data fields into Workday.
This milestone included helping employees transition to USC’s benefits plans and partnering with USC Payroll to process USC Arcadia Hospital’s first Workday pay run. These efforts have transformed the USC Arcadia Hospital employee experience from manual processes to an efficient, automated work environment.
This transition represents the culmination of a collaborative effort to welcome USC Arcadia Hospital into the Trojan family, reflecting the university’s dedication to innovation, employee well-being, and world-class service.
