Announcing a fresher, easier-to-navigate TrojanLearn with added features to support faculty and staff on their professional development journeys

USC’s learning platform, TrojanLearn, received several updates – at no cost to the university – designed to provide an enhanced learning experience and empower faculty and staff to drive their professional growth. As part of the redesign, University HR upgraded the platform’s interface for a clean, refreshed look and improved page layouts, making it easier for faculty and staff to navigate and access a wide array of courses.

Some of the updates supporting continuous learning and development included:

  • A Learner Home page, where courses are recommended, and color-coded labels distinguish required versus optional training and due dates.
  • Adaptive course playlists, which recommend learnings that align with interests and professional goals.
  • Enhanced search capabilities to make finding relevant courses easier by filtering content based on subjects, training type, duration, and more.
  • TrojanLearn Tutorials page, which provides guides and videos covering how to navigate TrojanLearn, use Learner Home, manage playlists, and more.

As a key resource for faculty and staff to complete required training, TrojanLearn remains a dynamic learning platform representing the university’s commitment to investing in the development, well-being, and success of its community.
